• 2、起动输灰电动机，检查是否工作正常。

• 3、起动主风机。

• 4、在灰斗各进风短管处，用皮托管同时测量动压值，如读数不一样时，用 baidu/s?wd=%E6%89%8B%E5%8A%A8%E8%9D%B6%E9%98%80&tn=SE_PcZhidaonwhc_ngpagmjz&rsv_dl=gh_pc_zhidao" target="_blank" class="baidu-highlight" style="color: rgb(63, 136, 191); text-decoration: none;">手动蝶阀调节，使之相等，以保证每个过滤室负荷相等，调好后将 baidu/s?wd=%E6%89%8B%E5%8A%A8%E8%9D%B6%E9%98%80&tn=SE_PcZhidaonwhc_ngpagmjz&rsv_dl=gh_pc_zhidao" target="_blank" class="baidu-highlight" style="color: rgb(63, 136, 191); text-decoration: none;">手动蝶阀锁紧。

• 5、将反吹风 baidu/s?wd=%E6%89%8B%E5%8A%A8%E8%9D%B6%E9%98%80&tn=SE_PcZhidaonwhc_ngpagmjz&rsv_dl=gh_pc_zhidao" target="_blank" class="baidu-highlight" style="color: rgb(63, 136, 191); text-decoration: none;">手动蝶阀开到所需反吹风量的位置。

• 6、水泥厂除尘器开始将尘运行时，不要立即开动反吹清灰装置，应让灰尘慢慢积聚在滤袋内表面。

二、电控部份：

• 1、电控清灰安装：a、将单针指示报警仪的上限报警信号线与电控仪的输入接通；b、将 baidu/s?wd=%E4%B8%89%E9%80%9A%E9%98%80&tn=SE_PcZhidaonwhc_ngpagmjz&rsv_dl=gh_pc_zhidao" target="_blank" class="baidu-highlight" style="color: rgb(63, 136, 191); text-decoration: none;">三通阀上的 baidu/s?wd=%E8%A1%8C%E7%A8%8B%E5%BC%80%E5%85%B3&tn=SE_PcZhidaonwhc_ngpagmjz&rsv_dl=gh_pc_zhidao" target="_blank" class="baidu-highlight" style="color: rgb(63, 136, 191); text-decoration: none;">行程开关常开接点与指示灯接通。同时连接好 baidu/s?wd=%E5%B7%AE%E5%8E%8B%E5%8F%98%E9%80%81%E5%99%A8&tn=SE_PcZhidaonwhc_ngpagmjz&rsv_dl=gh_pc_zhidao" target="_blank" class="baidu-highlight" style="color: rgb(63, 136, 191); text-decoration: none;">差压变送器，指示报警仪，电控仪的电源线。
